Each spring Oklahoma State University recognizes students who have excelled in scholarship, leadership, and service to campus and community while bringing distinction to Oklahoma State University. This year, three of the Outstanding Seniors have a common major. Ruth Bobbitt, Kathryn Bolay and Wravenna Phillips were all agricultural communications majors in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources.
| Bobbitt, a native of Lamont, Oklahoma, was an active member of Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow, Chi Omega Sorority, OSU Steering Committee and served as an Ag Ambassador and Career Laison. |

Bolay, a native of Perry, Oklahoma, was the national Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow Second Vice-President, Head Designer and Editor of the First Commemorative Homecoming Program, member of collegiate Farm Bureau, Alpha Zeta, Phi Kappa Phi and was part of the Oklahoma state 4-H officer team. |
| Phipps, a native of Kearney, Nebraska, was the second ever OSU livestock judge to be selected as an "All American", selected for 2007 Oklahoma Agricultural Leadership Encounter, member of Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow, Alpha Zeta and Phi Theta Kappa. |
