Achieving tenure and promotion in rank at Oklahoma State University for a faculty member are important professional milestones. The OSU Board of Regents, at their June 2007 meeting, approved tenure and promotion from the rank of Assistant Professor to the rank of Associate Professor for Dr. D. Dwayne Cartmell and Dr. Penny Pennington.

Promotion from the rank of Associate Professor with tenure to the rank of Professor was approved for Dr. M. Craig Edwards.

Three-year reappointment at the rank of Assistant Professor without tenure was approved for Dr. Cindy Blackwell and Dr. Chris Morgan. Please congratulate each of these faculty members on their professional achievement.
